Who you are contracting with
These terms are an agreement between you and Theodore Warren, trading as QYVERION. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.

The service
QYVERION is an online workspace for managing customers, tasks, projects, a calendar, invoices, estimates, payments, expenses, analytics, automations and an AI assistant. Marking an invoice as sent updates its status only; QYVERION does not email invoices.
Accounts and team members
You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. Workspace owners decide who joins and what they can access.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringing others' intellectual property; uploading malware; probing, scanning or attacking our systems; scraping; reverse engineering; or reselling the service without permission.
AI assistant and automations
AI output may be inaccurate. The assistant only proposes actions; nothing is changed until you review and confirm it. You are responsible for your prompts, for checking results, and for having the right to use content you provide. AI output is not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. Automations you activate run on their own according to the rules you set.
We may restrict or refuse AI requests that break these terms.
Your content and our IP
You keep ownership of the content you put in your workspace and grant us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide the service. We retain all rights in the service, software, documentation and branding.
Trials, plans and payment
New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial; no card is required. When a trial or subscription ends without payment, the workspace becomes read-only and automations pause. Your data is not deleted automatically.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, renewal, tax and cancellation terms are set out in the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
Service availability
We work to keep QYVERION available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the service at any time.
Liability

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Kansas, United States (proposed, subject to legal review).
